RM249.NET

For everyone involved in the Brooker Fanatics chat (Mitch, Chelsea, Ritchie, Josh, Allan, Greg, and everyone else), its always fun to chat with you guys. For those of you that have not come on in! Be sure to check it out at Brooker Fanatics. Those trivia games are always a fun time.

Recently I have coded the screenshot system for one of my friend’s website, HLGamer.com. The system can be seen at http://www.hlgamer.com/screen/Half-Life_2:_Episode_One/. The system uses PHP (Hypertext Pre-Processor) to get a list of images in the screenshots directory, it then takes the name of every JPG file and requests the thumbnail from the thumbnail directory then shows all of the images in a two-columned table. As HLGamer and RM249.COM grow larger, I hope that we can maintain a good relationship as to allow coding assistance between the two websites.

Recently I have been working on my new RM249.COM design. The design is approximately 90% complete, all that is left is tweaking some areas of the design so that it looks better. I will upload a public preview sometime next week as I make progress. I anticipate the completion of this design within two months of today. After the design phase of this project, the backend portion of the site will be coded in PHP (Hypertext Pre-Processor) to better accomidate the needs of RM249.COM.
