Garry’s Mod 10
Well if you have not figured out yet, Garry’s Mod 10 has now been officially released on Steam.

As a Source-based product is required to run Garry’s Mod, a bundle including Garry’s Mod plus Counter-Strike: Source is available for just $24.95. For those who already own a Source-based game, Garry’s Mod may be purchased for just $9.95.”
